  • Yes, all our backpacks are carry-on compatible. We have been able to test our bags on each airline's template rack.

Delivery and returns

  • How much are the delivery charges?
    • Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of the order. Any order over €75 is free of charge. If the amount is less than €75, the shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    • The delivery time depends on your delivery address and the chosen delivery method. On average, the delivery time in France is 4 to 7 working days. You can find more information about our delivery times on our information page.
  • Can I return a backpack?
    • Yes, you can return a backpack within 14 days of receiving it. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number and follow the return instructions.
  • How can I get a refund?
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the purchase price of the backpack. You will receive your refund within 7 business days of your return being processed.
